Tried: Reinstalling 10.4.11, switching to a different G5 iMac, reinstalling Quark 7.5, reinstalling CS3, doing a reinstall/repair on Acrobat Pro 8 (and then running the 8.1.2 updater again), remove/reinstall of Quark AFTER reinstalling CS3, and removing the PDF printer then allowing AcroPro to repair installation to reinstall just the PDF printer again - also have tried booting to Leopard disk for permission/disk repair, and using Diskwarrior 4.1 for directory repair. Additionally, the client wants to see the PDF options under the Printer button when going through the print dialogue in Q7.5, and that never appears. I've worked my way though the information in this thread, and have not had any success. Export to PDF or using Karam's workaround do work, but the client wants to use print to PDF in their workflow, needs crop marks and do have this working on other macs. G5 iMac, 10.4.11, Quark 7.5, Acrobat Pro 8.1.2 - print to PDF goes through the process then results in no file. I've been trying to figure this one out for months.
